The whole third eye chakra thing’s a great start.

But I didn’t even realise there were 7 chakra points I could open. I didn’t appreciate this until I stumbled across Carol Tuttle’s website. Just happened by it one day.

Anyway, I learned there that there are seven chakras and we can become more harmonious and capable by harmonising with our energy and channelling it.

So I thought I’d look deeper into it. And I’m glad I did.

When I opened my chackra points it was like a gasp of fresh air. Ii felt cool and serene whilst also feeling energetic and powerful. I could feel this new life in me. It was an amazing feeling.

I wanted to open third eye potential. But what I got with Carol’s website was insights into how I could open ALL my energy centers and truly reach higher potentials.

Soon after my introduction to chakra opening I started a new career and even moved to a new city! It felt like I was on a roller-coaster in life. And looking back, I see the correlation between being illuminated towards the power of energy and how it could be tuned in, and my new-found freedom and lifestyle.

So chakra balancing has become far more to me than simply feeling a little more clear-headed. It’s become the very basis of me feeling good in every day life.

Realising that the third eye chakra wasn’t the only chakra and that there are in fact 7! Why, I was blown back. But working on the other chakras felt amazing and I soon realised that they all worked TOGETHER.

And I never realised this. But I started to realise the importance of the body working as one holistic whole. One complete being.

Once I got and understood that and started the exercises. I really had fun with it. Started feeling great. Great like I’d never envisioned before. Great like I think I’d always imagined happy people to feel. And it was all thanks to opening my energy and allowing it to flow.

I’m glad I jumped in, anyway. I’m excited about developing more energy now!
