The following third eye chakra exercise is simple AND effective.
The following affirmations can be used as you relax and focus on your third eye energy center.
There are even similar drills to work on the throat chakra. But we’re not going into that in this blog. Not right now, anyway.
When unlocking the potential of your seven chakras you’re going to meet with a place of cool and calm. Serenity and an abundance of clarity are bi-products of allowing the energy you naturally possess to flow freely and truly. When you’re doing this 3rd eye exercise be sure to focus lightly and easily on your third eye point.
Feel your face relaxing. Your cheeks, your neck, your throat, your jaw, your eyelids and your scalp.
Feel your entire body relaxing. Your feet and toes, your legs, your hips, your lower body, your upper body, your arms, your fingers and your back.
When people are using chakra crystals they’re essentially aiming for the same result. We want your energy to be harnessed and channelled to where it needs to be. We want you to feel refreshed. But not only that. Over time we want your potential to naturally increase so that you’re the becoming genius you were born to be.
That might sound like a bit much. But believe me, once you start harnessing your core energies and freeing it, channelling it. You’re going to awaken to your true potential.
Chakra clearing’s a little like unblocking the drain and fitting new pipes in. Your energy system is naturally harmonic. Over time blockages occur. With your natural energy centers come the opportunity for increasing potential and maximising on your own unique brilliance.
The psychic or intellectual chakra we’re working on here is a great starting point for healing the mind, body and spirit. It’s a great place to begin maximising your innate abilities.
Be patient with it. The irony is. The more you really get into the moment and lose attachment to a result. The faster energy work seems to affect you.
It’s one of those funny things that are counter-intuitive. But when you lose attachment and act from a place of here and now you’re more likely to see the potential you wish to see. And that’s when those feelings of peace and tranquillity fill your being. That’s when you’re good to yourself and others on a consistent and life-changing basis.
